As for degreasing, degreasing is a field that has never been involved in the related industry before. The principle is that, on the premise of ensuring the non deformation of the parts obtained from the injection molding, the principle that various components in the bonding agent are constantly changing with the physical and chemical changes with the increase of temperature are gradually changed into gaseous or liquid substances. The injection molding blank is left to achieve the purpose of removing the binder. Therefore, the status of the process in the entire MIM technology is particularly special and important.

The parts after degreasing are almost without any strength, and a little vibration may cause parts to be damaged. At the same time, the energy waste caused by repeated heating of parts can be reduced in the stage of degreasing and sintering, and the traditional processes such as degreasing, sintering and heat treatment are integrated into a comprehensive process, which can reduce the uncertain factors in production, improve the quality of molding parts, and greatly improve the production efficiency.

The concept of continuous sintering equipment was born after the comprehensive process was proposed. In order to prevent our country from losing in the fierce competition and taking the leading position in the international industry, it is necessary to actively develop MIM technology, especially the integration and synthesis of the traditional single technology, in order to form an effective comprehensive technology and not develop the comprehensive art as soon as possible.
