Therefore, the efficiency of the method is higher than that of the common method.


Vacuum oiled: clean up of the sintering products in vacuum box, sealed fit to - 720 - mm Hg, then to vacuum box into the oil, and then heated to 80 ℃, 20 ~ 30 minutes. Leading manufacturers in the MIM industry have found that the oil can be immersed in the product within 10 minutes because the air in the connected pores of the product is pumped out. This method has high oil immersion efficiency and high speed.


Dahong new materials found that in fact there is another way of vacuum oil, is to put the products in the vacuum box of air extraction, and then the preheated oil into the real empty box, the products covered, and then make the real empty box and the atmosphere connected, oil that quickly immersed into the product pores.
